1.There are 4 types of users (logins)

• Mine Manager
• Project Officer
• Area GM
• GM(P&P),HQ

2.Except Mine Manager others can only view the data and either can approve/forward the data or revert back for changes

3.Select the subsidiary, After selecting Subsidiary, area will be populated

4.Select area, After selecting area, projects will be populated

5.Select project and enter the password

6.1st time Password will be as follows

• Password for Mine Manager will be : MM#'first 2letters of project name'+'last 2 digits of project code
• Password for Project Officer will be : PO#'first2letters of project name'+'last 2 digits of project code
• Password for Area GM will be : GM#'first 2letters of area name'+'subsidiary code
• Password for GM(P&P) will be :GMPP# 'subsidiary name'+'subsidiary code

Default password will be in Capital Letters onlyExamaple:

• Subsidiary: BCCL
• Area: Barora
• Project: Damoda
• Project Code: 20107
• Mine Manager: MM#DA07
• Project Officer: PO#DA07
• Area GM: GM#BA01
• GMP&P: GMPP#BCCL01

7.The Subsidiary code and project code will be the same as last year.
